Printers

HP Printer

1. Turn on the Printer: Ensure your HP printer is powered on and within range of your WiFi network.
2. Connect Printer to WiFi:
   • On the printer control panel, touch the Wireless icon.
   • Go to Settings > Wireless Setup Wizard.
   • Select your WiFi network from the list and enter the password.
3. Open Settings on Windows 11: Go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners.
4. Add Printer: Click on Add device, select your HP printer from the list, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

Epson Printer

1. Turn on the Printer: Ensure your Epson printer is powered on and within range of your WiFi network.
2. Connect Printer to WiFi:
   • Press the Home button on the printer, then select Wi-Fi Setup.
   • Choose Wi-Fi Setup Wizard and select your WiFi network from the list.
   • Enter the WiFi password when prompted.
3. Open Settings on Windows 11: Go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners.
4. Add Printer: Click on Add device, select your Epson printer from the list, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

Canon Printer

1. Turn on the Printer: Ensure your Canon printer is powered on and within range of your WiFi network.
2. Connect Printer to WiFi:
   • Press the Wi-Fi button on the printer until the WiFi light flashes.
   • Press the Color button, then the Wi-Fi button again.
   • Select your WiFi network using the printer’s control panel and enter the password.
3. Open Settings on Windows 11: Go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners.
4. Add Printer: Click on Add device, select your Canon printer from the list, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

Brother Printer

1. Turn on the Printer: Ensure your Brother printer is powered on and within range of your WiFi network.
2. Connect Printer to WiFi:
   • Press the Menu button on the printer, then navigate to Network > WLAN > Setup Wizard.
   • When WLAN Enable appears, select Yes.
   • Choose your WiFi network from the list and enter the password.
3. Open Settings on Windows 11: Go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners.
4. Add Printer: Click on Add device, select your Brother printer from the list, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
