If you have an AirPrint-enabled printer, you can print directly from your iPhone without needing to install additional software or drivers.
Open the Document or Image. If you’re printing an email, open the specific message, then tap on the reply icon. For photos or other documents, simply open the file you wish to print.
Access the Print Option. Tap on the Share icon (usually looks like a square with an arrow pointing upward). In the Share Sheet that appears, scroll down and tap Print.
Choose Your Printer. Tap on the Printer field to display a list of available printers. Select your AirPrint-enabled printer from the list.
To change the number of copies, tap the + or – next to the “Copies” field. To select a specific page range, tap Range. Use the sliders to specify the pages you want to print, then tap Back to return to the main print settings.
Print the Document. Once you’ve configured your settings, tap Print in the top-right corner.
This process enables easy printing directly from your iPhone without needing a computer or cables, as long as your printer supports AirPrint and is on the same Wi-Fi network as your device.
